Have students read the rhythms using the rhythm names ta, titi, too-oo. Teach the round by rote or have students sing the letter names or solfege. When the song is known well, try it as a two part round. When the two part round is secure, try it as a three part round.

Divide the class into 2 groups.
- Group One has red (C) and yellow (E) and dark green (G).
- Group Two has neon green (F) purple (A) and small red (C).

Sing the song. During each of the rests a different group will improvise.
- First rest: Group 1 - Second rest: Group 1 - Third rest: Group 2 - Fourth rest: Group 1
- Fifth rest: Group 1 - Sixth rest: Group 1 - Seventh rest: Group 2 - Eighth rest: Group 1
