Adapt for Zoom: one child closes eyes, all sing, one child un-mutes and sings solo. Guesser has 3 tries to guess who sang.
Adapt for in-person: one child closes eyes, all say or sing, one child sings or says solo. Guesser has 3 tries to guess who sang or spoke.

You could also have instruments play along using this very simple arrangement. Play part one during the A section and part two during the B section. Decide what to play for the ending.

Adapt for Zoom: Choose one child to be the cook. The cook hides his eyes. The teacher chooses 5 kids and pretends to give them feathers. Sing the song. The cook tries to guess which children are the turkeys. Play again with a new cook. Keep track of which cook gets the most right. That cook is the winner.
