The first time you sing a B word, stand up. The next time you sing a B word, sit down. Continue in this way throughout the song. When you sing the song faster, it becomes more of a challenge. Have fun!

- Ask students to find a partner. During “back and forth” students toss beanbag between their hands. For “toss and catch” students throw
and exchange beanbags with their partner.
- Try the whole song as a class. Arrange students in two rows with one partner in each row facing each other.
Extension: Ask partners to find a unique way to “throw and catch” the beanbag during the second section of the song.

Have the students read the rhythms and melody, then learn to sing it well in unison. When the students can sing it well in unison, try the round in two parts.
