If you wish, divide the class into 18 groups as shown on the video.
18 times do this:

Ending:
Say "No more!" and throw hands in the air. (2x)
Clap seven times and say, "Head, and shoulders, knees and toes"

Roll hands over and over in front of the body.
Throw the hands into the air on the final chord.
