Introduction

This module includes some great Jazz songs for your students to sing.

The Jiggles – example of light swing, round, movement

The Jellybean Blues – question/answer improvisation, movement, body percussion, instruments

Jazzy Jive -improvisation with scat syllables, movement, unpitched and pitched percussion.

Swingin’ Bones – improvisation with recorder, movement, instruments

Scoo be Doo – fun song that layers 4 ostinato parts.  Your students will be singing in 4 parts!
This is a great piece, with lots of fun movement possibilities.
